I would be concerned with Ford honoring your warranty if a conversation kit is installed.

JLT posted on Facebook their car on e85, tune and CAI...made 425Rwhp. Said no issues on e85 for a stock setup.

My guess is larger injectors, perhaps a bigger pump/etc, and a tuner than can tune for the additional fuel.

Downside of E85 is we have a pretty small gas tank. You'll be at the pump more often if you regularly drive it.

larger injectors are recommend for e85, you will push the edge of the stock fuel system with the oem's

we usually recommend 47's for n/a Id1000's for the guys planning on power adder down the road

I know of two 15's with e85 with intake/tune/catback on the stock fuel system.

That doesn't mean it's the proper way to do things.

you really should upgrade to 47's when n/a and e85

the stock pump is fine, it's the injectors that are the main issue.

Typically n/a cars we recommend 47lb injectors for e85.

For power adder guys, our stage 1 fore systems will get you to about 800rwhp.

Then we have stage 2 to 4's available as well. The stage 1's are upgradeable to 2-4's later on if you get nuts with your build.

We also recommend the id1000 / 1300's for power adder e85 builds.

That's not bad if all you need is injectors and a tune. What kind of your mileage are people getting just day to day commute, 10c 16h? Or what %?
