First time I've had a car with this kind of screen- what do I use to clean off smudges?

Clean microfiber cloth should be good.

ive used this on all 3 of my fords, no need to worry about scratching it

I think in the glove box there is a microfiber towel. When I bought my 16 in the manual package came a microfiber cloth. I lost it after a week though
