How are the RE71R holding up on track? How long will they last?
I use em for autox but heard they will overheat quick on extended track sessions.

Tread wear to grip tradeoff is excellent. Anything that lasts longer is much slower. We have run RE71R's on a variety of cars, not just the S550. Always good behavior in heat. Car setup and driving style go a long way to getting tires to last on such a heavy and powerful car. If your handling balance isn't good and/or you drive rough, any tire will overheat faster. So regardless of what tire you run, get your balance dialed.
