I love the easy install of the JlT oil separator, however they only do a passenger side...wtf

Is there a set for both sides? I don't want to start cutting pipes unless I have too,

Before everyone states figure I know the passenger side is 80% an the drivers is 20% but I want both sides either way

Just a general question. Why does everyone get a oil catch can? Engine burns oil and holds 8qts.

Oil lowers octane rating and carbon deposits build up and can damage and collect around your intake valves

That sounds like a great idea! Hopefully you would be able to ship to the UK ;)

Why would ford mass produce an engine with this problem, if it will damge the engine?

I have the UPR Single Valve. You don't absolutely have to have one, but this is the junk mine caught in about 2000 easy miles.

That looks about right, my car had the same can and caught about 5-6oz of oil in 3000 miles. This is no new issue, has been around for years now. Catch Can Technology has advanced lightyears in the last couple of years.

Wouldn't that just burn off?
Some will and some won't. It will cake on the valves and cause issues down the road. Over a period of time it can cause issues with low compression, misfires, detonation, etc...

One way to put it.... You can live without eating fruits & veggies but it add's benefits to your personal health

But the real reason is Ford does not want to have something that someone who knows nothing about has to have checked.

A Catch Can with a Checkvalve will work together with your factory PCV system (which is only on the passenger side & driver side for the non US versions. The opposite side does not have suction so it is not required.
