I just wanted to create a thread of the correct belt sizes to use with certain size pulleys with either the HO kit and the stage 2 kit. My question starting out with the stock HO kit 4" pulley. What is the belt size that was issued with the kit? I don't have my car with me right now to look.

Stage 2 comes with the 5" pulley to make 10-11lbs of boost.

Mine came with a 4.5 (cause I ordered it that way).

14psi

Bando belt number 8pk1680 (tight but works)
8PK1705 (loose but works)

Wish they made a 169Xmm belt as it would be perfect but you can get them on Amazon for $25.00-$33.00 a piece.

My stage 2 kit came with a 4.88 and made 10.8lbs on dyno
If its 100% bone stock, 4.88
If car was noted to have exhaust it gets 4.75
(Willing to bet 99.9% of the orders have exhaust)
I also believe all orders default to 4.75 at this point.

makes 11psi.

With the base P-1SC-1 and stock revlimiter/speedlimiter
Looking right at the dyno/pressure sensor overlays. (we run twin sensors)

4.75 is ~ 9.8 psi on bone stock
4.88 is ~ 9.2 psi on bone stock

Speed limiter, Trans and wheel and tire size can change how far they rev out.
Which obviously changes the boost level a good amount.

Also cam timing inside of the tune drastically changes the boost level.
Custom tunes can have different boost levels per pulley then we show.

D1SC Stage 2, with cats, and stock cam timing with a 4.75 on 28.4" tires, makes 11psi, measured from the vac distribution block procharger uses in their kits.

Its a bigger blower, so yes naturally the pulley sizes do not match that of the P-1SC-1. :)

Just for the info a P-1SC-1. with a 3.50 pulley makes 13.05 boost @ 7300 RPMs ...That is with a completely stock exhaust ...:)
