what to do next, will depend on if your using a usb card or usb cable, both processes are similar, though
depending on where you purchased. we update all of ours to the latest firmware before shipping out to make it a little easier. and we have the sd card already installed in the gauge
in addition we include a free usb cord as well. so, if you only have the card reader, then you would need to pull the sd card and put into the computer to read it like an external drive.
if you got from us, simply plug in the usb cord, select diagnostics and then select usb. at load up across the bottom, you should see 137 in the numbers, this is the most current firmware for the gauge
so that we get you the product the quickest, normally we ship the gauge same day you order, and put the tune request into lund for the tune file. that way you have your product once the tune is done, and it can be emailed and your not waiting an extended time period.
Upon request, we do hold the gauge and preload the tune as well.
now that you have selected usb, your computer should see it like an external usb drive, like "e" "I" etc....
when you click on it, you will see several folders click on the new drive, and you'll see the file structure, you simply need to copy / paste into the custom tune file folder!!
