Good job everyone. Yes 18 tail. It looks incredibley nice. It is also brighter because of the angled position. The car rear looks much more modern. I still need to find a used for the passenger side. eBay is full of them but all of them are chipped.
Also, the right corner of theb18 tails have magnet instead of a clip. It just snaps on the metal of the car. Plus under the tails have foam pieces so it will prevent it from scratching the bumper.
Paid $280 shipped in new condition. Really one of my favorite mods I have done.
Here is a picture of it at night. You can clearly see it is much brighter.

Haha. If there was one thing the car absolutely didn't need.
I'm on board with this mod. I really like the new tails. I hope they pop up for fairly cheap.

I wanted to buy the euro version at first but I thought about it and didn't want to spent $2200.
Cheapest I found is $700 new online but that is still too much.

Maybe I am missing something. ~$5-600 used just for taillights? That's a lot. :eyebulge: Is the only difference the shape/apparent brightness? Both original and these are LEDs, right? Thx

Brighter?? Holy shit I thought the 15-17 tail lights were blinding and so many others have commented on their brightness. So the 18s are brighter than that?
