Mine has gone in for the bumper repair today.

Pretty darn jazzy loaner, I must say.

Brand new 320i Touring with the M package. 8 speed auto.

Drives really nicely, but so it should. €70k car here.

Turns out, its about the same length as a Mustang :)

It’s $570 plus shipping and taxes of course, from Levittown and they’re the only supplier....

Guy at Nemesis quoted me a VERY competitive price delivered to my door.

The only reason I didn’t go with it, was that I already had a Stackry pallet with horse stuff for the Mrs and some BMW bike parts for a mate, so it made economic sense to have 1 Big delivery and split it with my mate....

But you won’t beat Guys price...:)

Just ordered a Quad Axle-Back Exhaust Ford Performance GT350 Touring M-5230-M8TBV from Guy at Nemesis great price and nice to communicate with. Met him at the Rockingham Castle MOCGB event in August. Very helpful and I would recommended him to other forum members.

Probably enough to actually get down-force. What manufactures call diffusers molded into bumper covers like in regular Mustangs are far to short/steep to result in any meaningful down-force.

Unless the rest of the underfloor in front of that rear part is nice and flat and smooth, then no you will not get any meaningful down force, as the air flow will be too disrupted and unstable from going past the rough areas in front.

Meaningful down force can only be attained by having a lovely smooth flat underfloor area, devoid of any lumps bumps etc, under the entire area of the vehicle, so that the airflow can be guided underneath and will stick to the smooth under tray then get sped up as it exits through a properly designed diffuser, to generate the low pressure area under the car to suck the car to the road/track.

Got the car back yesterday, one of those very rare occasions were a company just does everything *right*.

Great job on the repair, done on time, treated well, good loaner, and Mustang returned spotlessly clean inside and out. Its the same dealer we use for our MINI, and they are always brilliant.

Total price was just under €900. So in combo with the new number plate and bracket its +/- €1,000 for the repair.
