I see post about clear bra or the old leather bra....this mask by novistretch.com works great...I use it all the time and helps out a ton with keeping the car clean. long road trips or just for wkend show events it helps keeps the bugs off, less wiping/touching the paint .... very reasonable price and even has a discount code: america also mirror covers to match

Looks great. I had one on my c5 vette and it helped keeping the front end clean and was very easy to clean up when full of bugs. Great look tho.

Thanks for the feedback! How long does it take to remove / install ?

30sec. remove or install ...very easy I leave the mirror cover on all the time, take mask off when I get to the show

What about the leading edge of the hood? Don't care about that?

it does not cover the hood, correct
but protecting 90% of the frontend is still helpful

I don't know, I rather make a repair on a vertical surface than a horizontal. Chip repair on the hood is going to show no matter what. I guess you are right, this is no more than a bug screen...

One other thing, how does this work with vehicles that require display of a front license plate?

it is see through, so the plate would still be visible vs a leather bra. I like this mask, it does keep a ton of bugs off the front end therefore a lot less rubbing on the paint.

use the discount code: america
I also just ordered one. I contacted them first and asked about a discount code. "America" worked for me, but Andrew from NoviStretch gave me a code as well. "MCMC" worked for me with the same 10% discount.

Thanx to USAF for posting this....It gave me the push I needed to buy one..

FordeverOrdered with an extra set of hardware so it could be shared between cars.

USAF thanks to both of you for the codes.
That was a great idea

I have been looking at leather bras, but this looks to be a good alternative and it can be installed in seconds and stores in the glove box or console or door panel:D

When I purchased my car 2 years ago, I ordered a hood bra for it. I was going to get a full bra, but I have a CS and the chin spoiler is bigger than the normal GT and I couldn't find one that was made for my CS. So at the time I just got the hood bra.

It works fine...snug fit and no chips for me so far. I did get lots of bugs on my bumper...but no chips (I keep a good distance from vehicles in front of me...guess that helped)

But now with the Novi Stretch and the hood bra, I should be 'covered' well.

Time will tell......
