Original GT engine w/ GT500 valve covers and ported 18 IM and Steeda pro closed airbox spun a bearing at 98k miles. Car is swapped to a Voodoo out of a wrecked '16 GT350.
Voodoo Donor: 37k mile 2016 (gen1) GT350 drivetrain
Engine: FPC, stock GT350, oil pan, shorty headers, GT350 motor and trans mounts. New boundary oil pump gears and crank sprocket, GT350R cam phasers, Li Tuning and Ford Racing chain guides. FP oil GT350 air/oil separators.
Transmission: Tremec 5160, stock GT350 twin-disk clutch. MGW Tremec Gen2 shifter.
Cooling: Setrab 660, Setrab thermostat sandwich plate. AN12 lines. PP1/350 radiator (new at 98k), no transmission or diff cooling yet.
Intake: GT500 closed intake box w/ cover kit from Levittown Ford and a GT350 snorkel
Driveshaft: QA1 carbon GT350 driveshaft.
Diff: PP1 3.73 Torsen rebuilt at 98k miles with an OS Gilken LSD w/ 3.73s in a fresh OEM subframe carrier. Steeda diff (black) and aluminum cradle supports.
Exhaust: OEM GT350s stock shorty headers, cats, an Shiftech X pipe, and my GT's Corsa Touring AB mufflers.
Wiring, Gauges, and ECU: GT's PCM, gauges, and fuel pump mated to the GT350's engine harness. PnP.
Tune: Working with Wengerd on a custom tune with the GT's computer and fuel pump and Voodoo 5.2 FPC, injectors, etc.
Suspension: Custom coilovers from ProParts.com with #650 front springs, Steeda comp DR rear springs. Camber plates. Steeda LRCA bearing, FP toe bearing. Steeda geometry control arms and bumpsteer kit. Strano rear swaybar, BMR front bar. Extended studs w/ OPMustang billet spacers when required. Cut strut tower holes.
Brakes: PP1 Brembo brakes, w/ GLOC Pads. Vorshlag cooling deflector plates fed from underbody air scoops
Interior: Stock GT Premium w/ Recaros. FP rear seat delete. Schroth ASM 4-point harness.
Aero: Custom removable SCCA CAMC splitter with large diffusers. Zebulon MSC carbon fiber dual-element wing. AJ Hartman canards. Trackspec hood vents with custom wicker. Stock decklid w/o wing and PP1 underbody for the street.
