Can anyone confirm the stock front spring rates for Eco PP convertible. Also any idea if I go to a coil over style spring what the free height would need to be to stay at stock height or maybe down about 1/2 to 3/4 inch. Thanks if you can help.

Any Ford engineers out there that can explain what the weights are on top of the front cradle on my Eco Vert Prem PP. I realize they are there to cancel out some vibration or frequency but exactly what, please. I would like to save the weight. 12 pounds for the weights and fasteners.
