  1. Oil Life Monitor system

We have a 19 Bullitt Mustang. The car currently has about 5,600 miles. We did the initial oil change at 2,000 miles. At about 5.2K miles the oil life monitor popped up messages at startup that the oil needed changed. This would be 3.3K of oil life. I thought that that seemed too soon...
  2. Flap down or up?

I have not found this subject on the forum, forgive me if this has been discussed before. I have an Ecoboost with PP and in my grill I have a rubber flap that hangs down. You can push on it,so it feels like it should be tucked up parallel to the ground. I have looked at multiple Ecoboosts...
  3. New Matte Black Stripes

The stripes look grey under the lights of the shop, but black in the sun. I think they turned out nice.
  4. Popping sound in the dash

If I sit in my car with all power off for like 3-4 minutes I hear this rather loud pop in the dashboard area. It almost sounds like, for lack of better description, a large mouse trap snapping shut. Is this the security system activating? I don't hear the doors locking, so am really unsure...
  5. Backup Alert Tones not working

My 15 EB Premium Pkg Mustang does not beep alert me as I am backing up to tell me that something might be behind the car. I read the manual and it has a vague reference to the fact that this alert can be shut off. However it is off from the factory. All other new Fords I have bought in last 5...
  6. Days Left Number

What does the days left number mean on the COTUS? Days to delivery or days to build????
  7. Swapping out the Pirelli Summer Tires

Just curious... how many of your new 15 owners were forced to purchase the Summer Tires with the PP on the EB and you want to swap those tires out for something that is a more realistic tire? I am trying to convince my dealer to swap these 255 series out (that cost $281 each at Discount Tire)...
  8. Ecoboost Chrome tag on the car

I don't know how the rest of you feel, I hope Ford does not put the Ecoboost label on the back trunk lid or on the front fenders, aka the Ford F150 Ecoboost truck. How do the rest of you feel? I think they need to ditch the Ecoboost label for the Mustang. Yes the car will get good economy...
