I also had an S21, and it wouldn't connect to CarPlay either; it only worked when the phone was in Safe Mode. Later, I bought a different phone—an S24 Ultra—and it works perfectly. Could there be some kind of software issue with the S21?

I also have an S550 convertible and I don't have this cover; does anyone know if there's an STL file or something similar for it so I can print one?

Mine is from 2017 and spent a lot of time outside at the previous owner's; the hood is still perfect.
