Okay, another maybe simpler idea. Take the broken bolt, use a drill press and drill the center out at 1/2 the diameter. Now screw that bolt in however far you can and use it as a guide for a center cut carbide end mill or drill to cut out the drill bit. Spin the end mill FAST and feed it slowā¦...
The big issue is that itās an aluminum block, aluminum tends to be more āgummyā and easily can stick to the drill bit. This results in bad chip extraction which in turn results in more heat⦠with this combination, when a drill or tap breaks you often find that the chips have adhered themselves...

That isnāt wrong, but also at the end of the day, heās been my tuner and my friend before that. Regardless whether I go with Wengerd or stay with him, he will support that decision and said Wengerd is a great tuner. Also, I talked with Wengerd and if I stay with current tuner Iāll be paying him...
Once my tuner figured out it was a tuning issue and not a car issue resolved the issue on his own. Currently torn which to roll with tune wise. Aside from that, car runs quite well now with no issues.
