It turns out the issue was thread lock remnants in the nuts attached to the frame. I ran a tap through each one a couple of times as well as cleaned the bolts with a wire brush. After that I was able to easily thread each bolt by hand all of the way in.
I'm at the tail end of replacing a bunch of suspension components on my 2021 convertible GT / PP / magnaride. I'm replacing the rear swaybar with one from Steeda. When I attempt to screw down the bolts securing the two bushing brackets, the bolts get extremely tight like they are bottoming out...
Thanks for the advice everybody. I was able to get that final bolt to line up by applying a bit of leverage with a pry bar. It definitely helps to have a 2nd set of hands for that.
I've also ordered the Kelltrac subframe stud kit. That will make this easier in the future and avoid further...

I did go and get a M14x2 tap and was able to chase the threads without dropping the whole rear subframe. I just used a pair of pliers to turn the tap and after only 6-8 rotations I was able to thread the bolt in by hand without binding. Now the problem is that the centering dowel doesn't line...
