Got all the parts in and will tear into it over the next weekend! I think Mindo was right so I go the whole assembly. Should make me sleep better at night!

Mindo398, Thanks for the amazing write up. I am getting ready to tackle this with my son when he gets home from school. Question, I notice you have the whole evaporator assembly. Is that to make sure it goes back together well with less chance for fitment issues or mistakes? On that same topic...
