I got a 19 GT PP1 a year ago, and while I loved driving it, the audio system was just such a letdown...enough so that I was saving up to upgrade either the audio system or the whole car.
GT350s are slightly out of my range, but did go and test drive a Mach1 a few weeks back.
Now I don't know...
First came across the feature in my Fiesta ST, hated it and haven't even tried it in the GT. Do start off without touching the gas quite often, the car has so much weight and torque I feel sorry for the clutch and transmission so do my best to minimize slip and sudden stress.
Really easy to be...
Looks screwed into the lower grill and they seem to come as a package. Definitely keeping!
Unless they get really brittle and fall off, then have to think if I need a std grille or try and purchase a replacement.
That will still work, ECU won't open the throttle too wide without user input. I mean you can absolutely start rolling on 2nd without touching the go pedal, but not if you side-step the clutch or stand on the brake. Making the car un-stallable would be way too dangerous, especially in modern...
Up close in daylight you can see the plastic is the kind that gets yellow and old in time, but I guess they've lasted for 4 years OK and when they're on I honestly really like the look.
Overall love the taste of the previous owner, if only they'd opted for the Recaros it'd be perfect.
Maybe I'll try and take another picture in twilight tomorrow, phone camera was too demanding when it comes to lighting. Anyway, they don't look bad when they're lit, just curious where they came from. Those and the window tints are the only mods I've discovered, but there were RTR carpets in the...
I didn't even notice these lower bumper lights when I bought the car, only paid attention when the sales guy followed me to Hertz and my car was real easy to spot in the mirror...
Haven't seen these elsewhere, were they an RTR offering or something? Look a bit cheap close up but not bad at a...
You should not need to give it any gas to get it moving on first gear, just gently lift the clutch. Clutch slip is when you floor it on high gear and revs rise faster than the speed.
I think the computer just got confused for a bit after you stalled it. Stopping and starting the engine usually gets it back on track, and while it is unkind to lock the wheels without pressing the clutch, it's not something that will break the clutch or the transmission. Unless you make a daily...
Greetings from South Florida.
I'm Aki and I just got a Mustang!
Was kind of looking at an older pony, a yellow or green Boss 302, but I can't buy cars sight unseen and there were none around here... so I just saw what is available and went to look closer.
Only recently moved to the States...
