Are you still facing issue? If so can you please take photos of the driver big harness and ground driver harness. Also, do same for passenger side. As for fuse, I dont know which fuse you should tap to take power to the seats. I dont know which seats it should go to. But the only thing I know...

It was installed in a garage by a proffesional. There is nothing extra or different need to be done.

Anytime mate, please read part 3 for bypassing if the SEATS MODEL are (2015-2017) otherwise skip part 3 and go to part 4 (for giving the signal to the seats).
