I think that, initially, it also had a lot to do with price/cost. Bigger cars, such as SUVs or Pick-up Trucks tend to be more expensive in Europe - not necessarily the procurement itself but the running cost (e.g. fuel, insurance, tax, etc...).
Not all of us. I tend to wave at people regardless of what year Mustang they drive.
(Then again, around here you have Camaro and Challenger people waving at you... must be an import thing)
Not owning a 2015 but I notice a lot of negative comments from the pre-15 generation. Essentially it's always around the same topics too such as it doesn't look like a Mustang anymore, or that it's not a real muscle car/Mustang/etc... if it doesn't have a V8 (don't even start with telling them...
Sadly they are in mine. Well, at least for the Mustang. I think that the new Audi models are fine (for whatever reason)
I get that they had to find a one size fits all solution and they've done that well. It's just that I don't like it very much - personal preference really.
Is it just me or does anyone else harbor no great love for the rear lights? I mean, white glass and 2 chambers red and 1 yellow - that's not very pretty.
Also, no sequential turn signals is a bummer.
Never had the chance to drive a 5.4L powered Raptor - so I can't compare but when I had to decide which one I should go for I've read that the smaller engine just lacks power (compared to size & weight), hence I opted for the 6.2L.
It's just too bad that the aftermarket sector in my country is...
The first half year they were powered with a 5.4L and after that they did indeed offer a 6.2L engine.
Does anyone know if the dimensions remain the same compared to the current Raptor? It's doesn't seem as broad but maybe that's just on pictures.
Because healthy rivalry demands that the manufacturers come up with new and exciting stuff. It sure is a great time to be a petrolhead/gearhead right now.
Not sure how much Ford currently involves the guys in the SVT for packages but if the fans say that Ford should take packages more seriously then it might make sense to have them feel a bit more.... SVT'y
I meant no offence with my comment. I merely wanted to point out that we should have more...
Does Ford really need business advice from GM?
With the Mustang going global, the focus was clearly not in beating a track specific local competitor with a base car, but having a solid platform to build on. Stiffening up a performance pack to the level where it is intended to be used on the...
Ok, silly question nobody really cares for but has anyone seen the trunk? What about trunk space? Can I still fit a body in there? Is it significantly bigger/smaller?
Thanks!
PS: Awesome work on the renders, Chaz - they were spot on - brilliant.
