Did you get this to work? Is the Y brace the one that the videos say to lossen or take off the two screws but on the convertible after you take it off there is still a different part welded to the frame that the assembly hits and won't lower?

Watched numerous videos but can't figure out how to remove the rear springs. The bracket that has two screws that most instructions say to just loosen the two screws appears to be different on a convertible and it has a brace that seems to be in the way of the assembly lowering??
