What is correct and how do we validate if it is correct?

In the supplement kit came the production numbers?!? How's that possible if you got a 2017, numbers weren't done yet. I'm going to check my supplement kit

Would love to hear a 3/4 year update since doing this fix. My car has started to show the same symptoms after about ~8 hours of hard track time this year. The car is still under warranty but the thought of getting the transmission out to replace it isn't comforting.

Ok got the car back in amazing shape(always nervous going to a Ford dealer). The wire wasn't replaced just the solenoid and connector was replaced. Car seems to be running fine outside of 3rd gear. Not sure if it's because of fault / solenoid replace and the ECU needs to adjust but it is a...

Update: since dropping the car off at the dealer, they are replacing the VCT solenoid which includes the wire / sensor
