Goal is a Blackwing manual and then maybe a fun, lightweight, small sporty car, not sure just yet, haha. If keeping the 350R, I would have to lose the Cup2R tires. Not enough warm/dry days to use them around where I live, and too many small rocks on the roads that stick to them like glue!
Thanks! I actually have it for sale on AutoTrader, hate to admit. I just took delivery of a new M3, but also waiting for a Blackwing allocation that I may trade it for. I don't keep cars for too long, there are too many flavors to try 😄
Here are a few...
I have yet to be able to take a photo of my car or see any online that really shows it the way it looks so amazing when the sun hits it. Anything you see online is just not like it looks in person.
Getting 2020 Shelby cleaned up to sell. Most rare color combo for GT350R, 1 of 15 Rapid Red, 1 of 7 with black roof. Nothing wrong, just moving on, I switch cars frequently.
1,600 miles if anyone is interested...
Did my first (since purchasing this winter) oil change with the help of my 4 post lift and the oil change funnel & filter drain from @pilotgore . All went well, 10 quarts, about 1.5 tablespoons of oil in catch can after ~300 miles.
Also, swapped to all black OEM Ford lug nuts, torqued to 150...
They don't even check emissions here, just the electronic systems within the ECU that let them know if all of the o2 sensors and catalytic converters are present and functional.
Didn't pass inspection because the emissions readiness was not all set; probably had a dead battery at some point before I got it. Is there a simple driving procedure to ensure I have it 100% ready to go before I try an inspection again?
Took my first official drive (ever in this car) today, since it was 45° and the roads were clear! I let it warm up for at least 10 miles, then gave it the beans! What a sound, even decently loud with sport exhaust closed, haha. Car rides and handles better than expected, though no chance for...
Craig's Custom bracket. Goes on with adhesive, then just a thumb screw to put it on when you want.

Found it for sale in Cars.com, was a guy selling it through a Ferrari dealer. He was apparently trading 2 of them and another GT500 I believe toward a Ferrari on order.
I had some time to do a few "mods" or basic items to get it ready for my maiden voyage that will happen soon (once roads are clear and temps are above 50°)
ZL1 Add-ons mudflaps with the foam blocks too:
Front license plate bracket that is removable:
J&L oil separator (I bought this kind...
Thank you so much for the breakdown of numbers! Having the most rare color, being 1 of 15 Rapid Red, 1 of 7 with black roof, makes me feel better about what I paid over the original sticker price for my R 😄
How does the stock clutch hold up on these cars? What power level requires something more substantial? I like the idea of keeping things feeling as close to stock as possible (other than power output of course).
