Ford issued to replace my VCT solenoids based on the 1200 rpm rattle noise when lightly tapping the throttle. The startup doesnt happen all the time. Its been 2 months still waiting for the parts to arrive.

Ford called and said they're replacing the VCT solenoid after hearing rattles at low rpms, maybe causing the rattle on startup as well.

Ford ordered VCT solenoid, should be coming next week and they are replacing it. That's all I was told. Will keep updating.
