From what I've seen it's not possible to swap sync 3 for sync 4. At least not in a plug and play way like you can do with a 2-3 swap

Yes 2023 is able to be tuned. I'm running e85 from Rob shoemaker. The only change I've found so far on my 23 which I believe is different than 22 is the mirror and wiring for blindspot monitor.
