Question...I took the racing stripes off my car not to long ago and now i have the "where they used to be" on there. What can I use to get rid of this?

2016 GT currently have Ford Racing springs. 255/35/20" on front. I am wanting to close the gap in the front and lower it a bit. I have looked at the Eibach sportline but someone mentioned just changing the struts and see it that would help. Below is a photo for reference.
