I've seen a few "influencers" do the swap, but I've yet to see a proper build thread detailing the steps anywhere. I also don't think I've seen it done on an S550 specifically, the vids I've seen have been coyote swapped cars.
Yep, to mirror several others, subframe alignment and basic IRS fixes absolutely should have been that way from the factory, especially for PP cars. Also the Ford Performance Magneride springs and sway bars should have been stock on all Magneride equipped cars.
Yea, I would bet they are just turned off from the factory. Technically they are the light up door sills, just in stealth mode lol. You can enable them yourself using Forscan or the dealership should be able to. Here is the info:

It was free from Ford, first time the car had been updated from new. Since I downloaded mine to a flash drive from my computer, I wasn't including download time, just the 15 min it took to install after I plugged the drive into my car.
I updated sync to 3.4 and updated to the new map file 2 days ago, both via USB. Once the updates start, you can just drive around while it does it's thing. The sync update took like 15 min to install. The maps update took around an hour. Only thing to note beyond some stuff not working while the...
As everyone else has said, practically speaking the movement of the window up and down that little bit won't hurt anything.
With that said, if you are hell-bent on disabling it, I'm fairly sure it can be done through FORScan.
This thread is quite old, but it's one of the top google results if you search for info on installing the factory light up door sills on a Bullitt, so hopefully this will help others who are trying to do it. The connectors for them are under the trim, but you need to use FORScan to turn them on...
