so i've got about 1200 miles on the car now, went on a 350 mile roadtrip, and i've been enjoying the crap out of this 6 speed. i don't really get what the fuss is about.

tldw: 7hp gained on a tiny 4 cylinder by going from charcoal and paper filter to K&N. i wouldn't be surprised if 2022 cars make more power than previous gens with charcoal filter and drop in without a tune vs 2021 cars with just a drop in.

I'm trying to avoid mods but I saw no reason to not do this. at some point opening up that hole in the hood on each side would probably let a lot of heat out but i'm not ready to cut up a new car yet :D

can an aftermarket catback actually make power without a tune?
