I have the renegade series. they seem good to me plug and play. cheaper than ford performance.

275 40 19 should fit fine my ws6 rims on the trans am stock came with 275-40-17 9x9 rims.

25mm is more than enough. that brings you to 27.5 offset like I said even 8mm would bring you to 44.5. 52.5-8mm =44.5 is going to push your wheels out away from your strut

stock front pp1 wheels I think are 19x9 around +45 so I think 7mm or more would work fine. rear is 19x9.5 52.5 so rear you wouldn't need any spacers.
