So the interior handle is still working, it's the outside handle that is stuck closed. I could remove the door panel and the inside handle with it, but that wouldn't fix the issue I'm having with the outside handle :/

That's good to hear. If it does end up being all from some glass pieces, I'm getting documented proof of that and going back to the collision center to have them cover it. But, the fact that they have to break the current handle off isn't weird in the first place? Obviously I'll let them do...
