I know I’m late to this, but I was out tryna put a Pedalmax on my 2016 GT today and couldn’t figure out how to remove that tab and broke the top part of that red tab off, anybody know where or a part number I can get a new one to replace or how I can fix it maybe lol

Hello I have a 2016 mustang GT with Kooks long tubes(catted), a Roush h pipe, and flowmaster outlaws out the back, I’m love the volume and the way it sounds down low at idle and up to 3.5K rpm but after 4K rpm to WOT it sounds a bit raspy or like a hollow tin, I’ve been looking at different ways...

it’s definitely a lot of money yea but when you looking to find the perfect sound for you, maybe it’s gone take a few hundred dollars lost, as long as at the end of the day you are happy with what you got

lmao funny thing is that the volume doesn’t bother me at all, it’s just the sound quality in the higher rpm range that’s a little annoying, I used to have a 2006 GT straight piped so I’m used to it 😂

yea those seem like a good option, right now I’ve also been looking at the Pypes H-bomb car back system since it’s also 3” throughout, or maybe getting a muffler delete like Pypes pype bomb or sr performance, and then putting the m80s or slp loudmouth 2s behind the h pipe

So then a solid mid resonator or muffler like the loudmouth or m80 on to my current setup would be the best option? I heard that the loudmouth 1s will let me retain my volume level but control the drone and rasp that I’m feeling.

Yea I’ve tried a number of different setups, still tryna find the perfect sound, I know the coyote motor is raspy so I’m tryna tame that as much as possible, that’s why I’m thinking a muffler delete but add the m80s or loudmouth 2s, I already have catted long tube headers and a h pipe

I’m wondering how the sr performance muffler deletes would compare sound wise to the flow master outlaw? Maybe deeper and louder, then put on m80s after the h pipe to get rid of rasp and drone

I heard the vibrant ones weren’t that good tho, at least from the people I’ve seen review it

Ohhh ok I understand now, ok so in your opinion would it be better to go with the lm2 or the m80? My decision is between those 2 now
