I had the same question when installing mine and reached out to Whipple. Here is their response: "That parts bag is used in the assembly of the supercharger and there for is not sent in the kit" So, no, you are not missing that bag.

I think this might be impacting my 2021 GT, twice now I've been cruising along and adding any throttle causes it to buck horribly but no check engine light or anything. I'd take it to the dealer dealer based on this TSB but I have a Whipple Stage 2 with the Whipple tune on it. Not sure what to do.

I too was dissapointed in the behavior of the A10 when my 21 was brand new. It has a bit over 2000 miles on it now and performs like I expected it to. I'd say around 1000 miles is when it improved.
