Customer orders should come ahead of fleet orders - I believe customers pay more than fleet anyways. It doesnt matter to me anymore since I cancelled my order. I am going to wait for the S650. Good Luck to everyone on their orders!
we might be in for a long wait on an ecoboost vert, i even did some searches to see if any dealers have 2022 ecoboost convertibles. I was only able to find 6-7 using nationwide searches looks like they are not making many
I never got a confirmation e-mail from Ford either. But, I did get an e-mail from Ford that my order was delayed. I do have screenshots from the dealer of the DORA and Ford Chat can lookup my order number and tell me the status. I think sometimes the e-mails just dont get sent for whatever...
I ordered an ecoboost vert at the end of December and I still don't have a build date yet. Which means at least 2-3 more months if it gets scheduled this month. So, I would say it could take 6 more months for you to get yours if you ordered this week. But, then again its Ford and who knows how...
I ordered a white ecoboost vert on 12/27 and its still unscheduled. At this point i dont think ill get it til May: if they schedule it the first week they are back it wont be scheduled to be built until at least late April, then it has to be built, then it has to be shipped (which seems like it...
I spoke to the dealer, I chatted with Ford online, I called Ford Marketing all of them tell me the same thing: the order has not been scheduled yet. Not sure what else I could do to get it moving.
I am in the exact same boat. Its been about 7 weeks since I placed the order on a ecoboost convertible in white and I haven't heard anything. Not even a confirmation e-mail from Ford. Asked the dealer about it a couple times and reached out to Ford. No updates :crying:
I contacted the dealer and Ford and my order is still not scheduled. The order was actually submitted on 12/27. Has anyone else had issues with their orders not getting scheduled?
I also found that the Ford chat is a little better than the Ford Performance chat and if you have an order...
This does bring up an issue, do the driver and passenger seats need to be parallel or almost parallel for this wind deflector to work? If there is a really big difference would it make it impossible to have this wind deflector?
The reason I asked is because I was considering getting the battery operated version. But, if the 12V fits right in the center console, that might be an easier and cheaper option.
I was worried about rocking or wearing the seats, I saw a video on YouTube of someone who had one and said it wore...
How do the electronics on the light work? Plug into 12V or wired in or battery?
Do the brackets rest or rock on the seats while you are driving?
Any wear on the headrests or the plastic piece where the headrests meet the seats?
When did you order it? I also ordered from Chapman but have yet to get a build date. I only just made the order earlier this month so I think I have a long way to go.
