Their technichan took it for a ride and was able to hear the noise. He put it up on the lift and stated the carrier bearing has excessive play and believes the noise and vibration are attributed to that. That was all it took for them to order and install a replacement.

UPDATE 12/12 Finally got the car to the dealer. They replaced the driveshaft and the noise & vibration are now gone.

I have the same situation as you. I have a 21 convertible with 5K miles. Flickering noise starts at 25 mph and goes to about 40 mph. Speed sensitive as well. Peeled every sticker on the drive shaft off. I checked everywhere on the heatshield and found no hanging tape or stickers.

Thanks for the help guys. I pulled the sticker off of the driveline, adjusted the emergency brake cable and I still hear the rattle noise. :( The noise surfaces between 25 mph and 40 mph.
