Thank you for the info, I have nothing empirical, just anecdotal on the fan speeds. When I get back to town I'll set up a tune and try to walk the fans up a step at a time, that would be interesting to see.

I was under the impression that the fans only had two speeds (high, low). Is it actually possible to set the percent to whatever you want? And when does the oem thermostat open up? I searched but didn't spot the answer. I thought it was 190 but I'm second guessing myself.

6th gear at 43 mph is pretty laughable for anything other than coasting down a hill.

Just to follow up and close out the issue, HP Tuners support was able to add in support for my ECU/OS to VMC Scanner. With the latest beta release, I am able to select and use all of the expected extra channels as desired.
