I had that issue once on my 20 GT350, and decided to remove the fuse with the actuator in track mode. So, I have permanent open valves when starting and driving the car. And yes, that message pops up every time I start the car.

I picked up my car today, and so far, AC is working as it should. I haven't seen the repair receipt but I was told cost was slightly more than to $7K for all the AC work and parts.

Service advisor said they performed the crank relearn process. At this point, I'm hoping it's a harness, plug, coil or sensor. I also requested that they get a Ford ESC to assist with troubleshooting.
