@Charlemagne what ppf did you go with? Yup, mine is somewhat visible still depending on the lighting. But it is significantly harder to see. I have grown to like the subtle look, there's enough "mach 1" signs everywhere else anyway.

Just wanted to point out that ppf over the matte hood stripe might vary depending on what color your car is. The texture on FJ grey car stripes is much smoother than red cars. I recently applied ppf over my hood stripe and it began to form tiny air bubbles that don't look good. Hope they go away...
