Possibly very helpful, thank you. Mine stopped acting up for about a week, and then after a day out in the rain started popping up and down again. I was suspecting water may be part of the problem.

What is the cost, if you don't mind my asking?

I was rear-ended in May. Low-speed impact at an intersection. (Had owned the car for 3 weeks to the day.) It is a convertible, so less rigid than the coupe. Rails needed straightening. The shocking total was $12,112.80.
