How do you make sure they are all valid?

Has anyone put a 2018+ Cluster into their mustang? Having issues with the drives modes after the switch. Before track mode was aggressive with the shifting but now it’s not and just shifts normal.

So I installed the 2018 IPC into my 2016. My modes still work but for some reason the track mode doesn’t change the way the car shifts or the throttle response. I uploaded the old as built values and no change. That line reads : 720-06-01: 6C7F-8000-18B1

I ended up going to the IPC and turning it from sccm to bcm and it started working. IPC as built data is now 04.

I tried that but it didn’t work sadly. Though putting the base model ipc got that error message to go away and I have a tach again.

I seen earlier post about the mileage, not being correct after the IPC odometer write. I found that adding plus four miles to the original mileage give you the closest correct mileage on the new cluster.

wait I’m lost now. High beam? So put my old cluster back in and get its base ipc file. Plug in new cluster and write the base ipc to that cluster. While high beam is on or find its line of code and update it

So upload old parameters to the new cluster. Understood! I hope it’s not a bad cluster came off a 2018 with 36 miles on the odometer.

Also would anyone know why the tach isn’t showing rpm.

Could anyone help me with Forscan, I’m getting an error message on startup for rear belt monitor fault. I have a 2016 mustang and used a 2018 premium cluster.

I got mine reprogrammed from a guy from Facebook.

My Base to Sync 3 swap was done by myself but all parts were ordered by hell horse performance. The issues I’m having is with my climate controls, I have heat on all temps. I was wondering if that’s a programming issue.
