2020 GT 350 transmission cooler line cracked at retainer area. 7,000 miles street driven only.
oiled the bottom of the car and exhaust.
This was the rear line at the trans connection.
Warranty expense is definitely a factor, I was wondering if it is a tensioner problem or an assembly problem.
2 friends have 2020 GT 500 and did NOT get the TSB letter.
Our car has a different engine builder.
Ford dealer inspection yesterday confirms tensioner was activated on the right side.

Anyone else have more info on what caused this TSB?
Was it a run of defective tensioners?
Looked at right side tensioner today,
Appears good, activated groove visible.
Engine build date December 4, 2020

Hopeful left bank is good also.
We did receive Ford letter.
