[Solved]: Turns out it's a leaking injector. during cold starts the leaked fuel would have been evaporated so the car would starts normally. But when its off and sitting for a couple of minutes ( tested at 30mins ) the fuel would leak into the cylinder and create a longer cranking sequence.

its a 2017 model. it had 6200miles on it. plus no catch can. i thought it would be a good idea to give it a clean

it was a vacuum leak when i took it in the first time. whats weird is that it will fire right up during a cold start. but switching it off for 30 to and hour and start it. this happens.

I did take it to Ford Dealership after, they said they fixed the problem. but now it happened again. im going to take it back to Ford, but i fear if they couldn't fix it the first time, why would the second time be any different.
