I see. So how long do you keep the e85 stored for? What kit do you have that allows you to drain your tank? How many km's approximately do you get out of the 30 gallon tank of e85? my main focus isnt fuel mileage but just want to know so I can see how much I am spending. I know it correlates...
Alright, I will speak to them about this. Thanks one more question I forgot to ask. How long can e85 and pump gas be stored in a barrel like this? What do the temps have to be?
Alright thanks for the info. Im fine with draining the tank with a kit. I was just worried about actually having to run the engine to get rid of the fuel, sounds stupid now that I think of it.
Yeah that was actually the place I was looking at, I do not really have an issue with keeping the e85 stored here. Its just I have to fully empty my tank of pump gas before I put the e85 in as it has to be pure e85 according to lund. Its also only one tanks worth of e85 but I could just get...
Im not planning on dailying on e85. I plan to have a 93/94 map for dd and then a high boost map which makes 800whp on whatever fuel I end up going with. Im in the GTA
Was it a hassle to drain the tank of pump gas whenever you wanted pure e85 in the tank? Like I said, I plan for this to be my daily. I am going to import barrels of e85
Its not that its difficult to import the e85, its just the unavailability of ethanol blends for this platform. its either all e85 or none. Unless you suggest a easier idea but the only way is to drain my tank of my pump gas then put e85 in which is only 30 gal drums for 200 cad. I will see if I...
In the vette world they use meth alot instead of e85, why don't we see that on mustangs? If its because they fail, why do they fail and why has there not been a good one hit the market? I could just add boostane until my 93 is good for 800 right? Then only run 93 on my daily boost map.
I can add meth for the cooling effect not for added octane and then let the boostane do the added octane. If I have a full tank of 93 I need 340oz of boostane to get it up to 109 oct according to their calculator. This also scales with the amount of gas already in the tank so... How could I...
I really dont wanna lower my goal, its been like that for ages lol. I plan to daily on a 93 tune and only turn it up when I want to. Can't I use boostane to match the octane of e85 which is 107-109?
Yea, my issue with boostane is the cost, its quite alot but not as much as e85 I think? If I am roughly doing my math correctly in my head lol. What about water meth?
