  1. Reliability after supercharging

I think a Vortech or Procharger with a CARB compliant 91 tune might be the best direction for my daily driver. lower IAT's, no cutting or welding... seems decently reliable. Anyone know if I am going to have issues with a 91 tune?
  2. Reliability after supercharging

Andrew.... Thank you for helping this mouse find the cheese. (you too Matthew)
  3. Reliability after supercharging

GOT IT. So I just need to be able to plug into the OBD ll Port and upload the tune from Vortech/procharger/whipple which is CARB compliant but then no tampering after that, the CARB tune is the CARB tune unless there is a future update. EDIT: After some more research, I see that some of these...
  4. Reliability after supercharging

I found them!!! Anyone have any insight on a Supercharger WITHOUT a tune? It seems that is what was holding me up, is that I was looking for complete kits. This may sounds dumb, but is running a super charger without reprogramming the ECU no big deal? slap a Vortech or Procharger and call it a day?
  5. Reliability after supercharging

I'm sure I can poke around online and find them but if it isn't too much trouble, would you mind posting a link to any of those you mentioned... I wonder if maybe the sites I'm using just don't advertise that correctly (mainly American Muscle, CJ Pony Parts, LMR, and Steeda
  6. Reliability after supercharging

It looks like Roush and Edelbrock are the only CARB compliant Supercharger kits for 18+. The one benefit I have is, due to my vehicle being a 2020, I don't need to get it smogged until 2028. So if I go with something like a pro charger, I can get it back to OEM without too much difficulty... I...
  7. Reliability after supercharging

I wonder if the CARB compliant stage 1 whipple is for 15-17 as I am having a difficult time finding anything for my 2020. Good ole CA issues.
  8. Reliability after supercharging

Roush seems like the popular way to go. There is as much info on it as I thought there would be with the 2018-2021 application. I've heard that Roush has a harder time keeping IAT low but I wonder if that is negligible if I am just daily driving. Anyone daily driving an Edelbrock, Procharger...
  9. Reliability after supercharging

I know this is thread is a bit old, but I am considering the same with a 2020 GT base model (manual trans). I want to go with a SC but I daily drive my car and drive it at least 5x per week. I want reliable, and CARB compliant. Anyone have any suggestions on Super Charger with 2018 and newer...
