I don't use it, either, but it is only a fraction of what doesn't work when swapping to a transmission that can handle copious amounts of power. Edit - Had to look up the Mr. Wonderful thing, LOL. I'm not really a TV kind of guy.

If I can ever wrap this project up , I'll research it 🤣. The 3160 guys don't seem to care as much about a Magnum XL upgrade. If I can't clear the consistency thing up by summer, I am just going to have people send me their Magnum for upgrade and program the sensor to the transmission. Or, work...

PS - It could also help me make a chipset that would work for folks wanting to go from a 3160 to a Magnum XL.

Nah, to grab those things, you need a Logic Anayzer. If someone in the PHX area has a Mach 1 that I could borrow for a day, I could tell you anything you wanted to know about the data on those wires

Yeah, not sure if the data traveling on the signal wires is the same. I'd need to steal some data from a Mach 1 and see.

Here is a video of the TREMEC Translator in self-test mode. The car was in the air so we could plug everything in underneath. It is a bit of a pain, because the exhaust has to be dropped and the transmission sagged quite a bit to get to that SGS connector. More will be coming. Video is NSFW...
