Recently purchased 2018 GT PPremium has 20x9 stock wheels with 265/35 tires. Have a set of squared 19x9 wheels to go on it. After checking Tiresize.com 265/40 tires would keep same diameter and speedo correct. Would this be an acceptable tire size to go with?

Just my opinion but it really boils down to what you like. Some people like 20's some like 19's. Some like chrome or bronze some like black. Tire choice is also a matter of preference.
