I had a 2017 GT350 and then a 2020 GT350R. I did a few track days in the 2017 but none in the 350R. We do have a lot of twisty roads in my area. I have some RR experience in F/F and F/440. I could definitely feel the difference in the twisties. Alignment was nearly identical and both had...
Mine will hit one year later this month and I have 2,510 miles. It is so tempting to cash in but I love this car. I've decided not to track it like I did the previous '17 model 350, but I live in the middle of virtually unlimited Appalachian twisties. I drive it to the office on nice days and...
I'm looking at the first tire change on my 350R with CF wheels. This wasn't a big deal with the previous 350 with alloy wheels, but I don't want the CF wheels damaged. I can't find a tire shop with a "touchless" system in the area, but one claims to do a lot of Porsche, etc. and the occasional...
Dude, you didn't just get a Mustang, you got a Shelby. My first Stang was a 70 351C, then an 85 GT, then a 2017 GT350. Now I have a 20 GT350R. These cars are just plain awesome. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do. Welcome to the club. You will find lots of helpful info in this forum...
I wrestled with this as it was tempting to pick up a 15K profit. But every time I drive the car, I think, no, I can't let it go. I haven't tracked this car yet like I did the 2017 GT350 because I was considering selling it. I think I'm gonna start doing some track days and just keep it.
I found a shop less than an hour away that has the touchless system and does exotic cars. The manager didn't blink when I mentioned the CF wheels. I had actually done business with this shop a few years ago and they have a great reputation. Problem solved and time to order tires.
When the time comes for new tires on the 350R, what's the deal with the CF wheels? The local Ford dealer doesn't want to do it. Ford Performance didn't call back. Tire Rack wasn't much help. I don't want the rims damaged. How do I find a tire shop that will handle these hyper expensive rims...
Does anyone know where to find production numbers of the 350, 350R, Heritage, etc? I'm interested in the 2020 model year so they may not be available yet, but just curious. Thanks.
