I see what you mean! However, it might be a bit different for the Voodoo engines. When I went in to check it out, they had pulled the old engine out of the car. The car had it's wheels, suspension, everything on. Just the engine was out. Maybe there's a way to pull out the engine in the GT350...

Do they drop the engine or lift it out? Even if they drop the engine along with the K-member, do you think they would need to remove the struts for that?

qq: I just noticed that the strut top bolt covers on my car are broken, and the bolts themselves are rusted. No idea how this could happen, but does this look normal? Any risk of this rust spreading or causing structural issues? Pics below:

Yes I did! I first checked it when I returned home after a drive yesterday. I checked it 15 minutes after I shut off the engine and the level was high. I again checked this morning and the level was very similar.

Agreed! I have asked them time and time again to not wash the car, and to give it to me as-is. Hopefully they listen. As for the extended warranty, you are correct. I will stand firm in asking for an 8 year 100+k mile. Hopefully everything turns out fine!

That makes sense. I do not think there was any hail during the last storm so it *should* be okay. Good suggestion on the oil prime procedure. I will insist on being the one who starts the engine to ensure that I prime the engine before starting it.
