I think the original cost for the work is a bargain for sure. Just not sure 15K is though. I emailed them about it...sounds like they won't be bargaining on this, which is fair enough. Agree that having a Peter Brock design on the car is a huge plus. I'm debating it.

Yeah, I was also surprised at the $$! Was expecting more around $10K. @HoosierDaddy $3K sounds like an amazing deal! 15K is def out of my price range...wonder if I can talk them down. It does sound like they're trying to profit somewhat...especially given that Peter presumably devoted his time...

I contacted the folks who did the paint job. They're totally willing to do it again and get the specs off Peter Brock...although cost is high. ~15K for OTT and side stripes. ~12.5K for just the OTT stripes.

They're bolted on...or rather, plastic inserts into holes in the door.

I just noticed a nice scratch on my front bumper vinyl stripe...my fault for not getting PPF sooner. But now, wondering if I should just get it painted at OVM (only a 6hr drive from SLC) rather than replace the vinyl panel?! What was the cost estimate @slingblade?

I actually replaced my shift knob and added some highlights to the dash...in red. If I could find those in real Guardsman blue..would have gone for them though! (excuse the dirty car..took some effort to get the damn OEM shift know off!).

Agree! I got the GT350 overlay and even that was pretty hard to put on...but the color is a great match. On the other hand, his Wimbledon white isn't that great (too pink)...but looks fine on the splitter. I definitely want to get the steering wheel tape.

Yeah, I also wish the CF wheels were exposed, not painted over...like the GT500 track pack.

I should add that I swapped out the CFs, for Shelby CS21s.

I put the 295 square Alpin PA4s on my HEP R and they work just great! I'll put back on the CFs/SC2s come spring/summer.

gotcha...it's a little colder here in Utah so went for winter tires, but the ride is super smooth still.

Are those the Alpin PA4s? I just put them on mine as well, super impressed so far.

I'm trying to get my HEP OEM shift knob off too (got a sweet Billetworkz knob) and even got a strap wrench after not being able to do it by hand and the damn strap wrench is slipping! gah. It doesn't help that it's cold here I guess and I don't have a hair dryer haha.

Got my baby back after removing the dent on the passenger door, repainting and replacing the stripe...looking brand new!
