I have a CTEK as well, the only difference is I have my positive lead going to the positive of the battery and I got the same message you did. As far as I can tell no settings or memory has been lost.

Good news they found a loose wire in one of the connectors. Got it fixed and I’m going to pick it up and get some miles on it hopefully. This will likely be the last weekend with the NE weather. Thanks for the ideas and support guys!

Well got the call today that the Throttle Body didn’t fix the issue. They told me the tech has been on the phone with Ford trying to get the OK to start getting into the wiring. It’s sounding like this could be a long process.

Just got off the phone with the Ford garage. They said everything points to the throttle body so they put a critical order in and it should be here tomorrow. I'm hoping thats all it is, but I'm still a little skeptical.
