Were you able to tighten or seal your AN fittings ? I have a few that are not cross threaded but tight enough and still leak . Aswell as the plugs that go on top of the fuel rail , don’t seam to seal completely

Did you reuse the old thermostat gasket on the new 90 ESS sends out ?
