Unfortunately I have not. With work I really never have any free time and it sits in the driveway 98% of time except when I drive it to church on Sundays.
There definitely is a noticeable drivetrain rumble/low whine. It bothered me at first, but honestly now I don't even notice it. I'm so incredibly happy with the new ratio that I'd trade some minor noise for the better ratio all day, every day.

Go 4.88. You will not regret it. It's perfect in my opinion. I can break traction in 3rd if conditions are right. Shoulda came from the factory with 4.88s
I decided when I drove it off the lot, was like wow this is insanely high-geared, called ECGS and asked what the lowest ratio they could install was. They said 4.88s so I said okay, when is your earliest appointment. Best thing I did.
